At Jo Mercer, we want you to love your new shoes, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for both online and in-store purchases. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your footwear is in its original condition, unworn, and packed in the original shoe box within 30 days of purchase.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and attach the generated shipping label before dropping the parcel off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
